Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 11 AM PST may be eligible for same-day shipping, depending on warehouse processing times. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major Canadian holidays.

Shipping Companies

We currently ship orders via Canpar, Purolator, Reimer Transport, Kindersley, and KTL Express. The shipping carrier for your order will be selected based on the destination and the best available option.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary between 1-5 business days once the order is processed to be shipped, depending on your geographical location and other factors such as force majeure. Delivery dates are provided by the shipping company and are subject to change. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes if payment is made by credit card.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, package size, weight, shipping method, and any additional services such as tracking and insurance. The exact shipping cost will be provided at the time of billing.

Free Shipping Guidelines

At FlameBongs.ca, we strive to provide the best value to our customers. Below are the guidelines for our free shipping offer:

Order Value: Free shipping is available on orders totaling over $1500 (before shipping costs and taxes). This applies to orders within Canada.

Order Type: Free shipping applies only to standard shipping methods. Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

Geographical Coverage: Free shipping is available for orders shipped within Canada. For international orders, free shipping may be available depending on the destination and the total order value.

Delivery Time: Free shipping typically follows standard delivery timelines, which may vary between 1-5 business days for domestic orders. For international orders, delivery times may be longer depending on customs processing and other factors.

PO Boxes: Free shipping is not available for deliveries to PO Boxes if payment is made via credit card.

Customs and Duties: For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees. Free shipping only covers the cost of transportation.

Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

We reserve the right to modify the free shipping offer at any time. Any changes will be communicated on our website.

International Shipping

We do ship outside of Canada. However, customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations regarding the import of our products. FlameBongs.ca (Asia Arts and Crafts Ltd) is not liable for any products that may be confiscated by customs or other authorities in your country.

Shipping Address Changes

We can only change the shipping address if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot modify the shipping information.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an order shipped confirmation email with your tracking number from the carrier. You can track your package online with the carrier website for updates.

Returns Policy

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any online store purchases. However, exchanges are allowed under specific conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused.
  • Shipping and handling fees, as well as return shipping charges, are not refundable unless stated otherwise.

Incorrect Items

We sincerely regret any mix-up. If you receive an incorrect item, please do not use it and contact us immediately within 5 days of delivery. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but in the rare event of an error, we will work to resolve it quickly.

Shipping Damage Claim

If you receive a product that has been damaged during shipping, please reach out to us on support@flamebongs.ca within 5 days of delivery with the photos of the damaged product and we'll take up the matter with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, which may take 5-7 business days.
